Planning & Design

Every project starts with a blueprint. We’ll work with your architect’s completed plans or help you design your dream home from scratch. The house size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, deck space, and other attributes are all important pieces of the puzzle that we will help you put together to make the best use of space in your home.

During the planning phase you will also be able to explore our showroom for ideas and even make your selections right here in our office.

We take the time to understand the needs of your family, and the end result is a truly custom home designed with your lifestyle in mind.

Construction

Construction is underway. You can have peace of mind knowing that your team at JDM is working hand-in-hand with the architects, engineers, designers, and leaders of each trade to build your home. A knowledgeable and trustworthy team is building your home and we keep you in the loop every step of the way.

We’ll be meeting with you throughout the building process to review the progress being made and to walk you through your home. Every detail is inspected with care, and we aren’t satisfied unless you are.

The construction manager will be on site every day during construction to ensure everything from foundation to framing goes off without a hitch. If you have questions or concerns, we are never more than a phone call away. Your vision is coming to life!

Your custom dream home is complete. It’s time for one last walkthrough. Once we are sure that you are completely satisfied with your new home, we’ll leave you to live and enjoy.

We’ll return a year later to see what you’ve done to make your house a home. We’ll complete another walkthrough to make sure that everything has remained up to JDM Andrews high standards of quality.
